Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided in our room catered to all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. We particularly enjoyed the full body massage and steam room which were so relaxing. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, boasting delicious meals and drinks. In-room breakfast and coffee/tea in the lobby was an added bonus. the private facilities were exclusive and of high quality.

The hotel is located in an exceptional neighborhood, close to a variety of theaters and entertainment venues. The Amaranto restaurant on-site offers exquisite dining experiences, with a wide range of delicious dishes. The staff is also very helpful and willing to take us to the restaurant whenever we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautifully appointed bathroom. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide selection of tasty options. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline.

The gym facilities were a bit outdated, which was a minor setback.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a room change due to a leakage issue, the hotel compensated by providing a generous upgrade and discount on our stay. The staff's efforts to please us were commendable and were reflected in their friendly and cute demeanor. we would highly recommend Four Seasons for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in London.
